Batman v Superman excitement mounts with new viral video

In order to fuel buzz around the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, a recent video featuring one of the film’s stars has hit the web and gone viral.

Henry Cavill, who slips into Superman’s suit for the film, doesn’t square off against co-star Ben Affleck in this video. Instead, he is shown chatting with several children over a topic many have debated in the past: who is cooler, Superman or Batman?

As one would expect, Cavill elicits responses that will have viewers roaring with laughter as the children offer their insight and brutally honest opinions.

The video is backed by Omaze, a fundraising organization, and launches a charity contest where proceeds will go towards the Durell Wildlife Park.

Donors to the cause are entered for a chance to win a prize package of superhero proportions. The winner will fly to Los Angeles for the premiere of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, where they’ll be able to photobomb the red carpet with one of the film’s other stars, Jesse Eisenberg. The winner will also meet Batman himself, Ben, and get to ride in the Batmobile as well as a ride in a helicopter with Henry.

Here’s to hoping the marketing campaign picks up enough steam to get Ben engaging with the kids.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice flies into theaters March 25.
