Bobbi Kristina Brown dating “adopted” brother

Still grieving over the loss of her mother, Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, 19, has turned to her “adopted” brother, Nick Gordon, for support. Although Houston never legally adopted Gordon, now 22, he’s been living with the Houstons for 10 years, ever since Bobbi Kristina convinced her mother to let him stay with them. Before her mother died, Bobbi tweeted: “I love sleeping with big brudder (: only person that helps my insomnia B!! Hah (: #teamfamilia!” A source told Hollywood Life: “Nick is the only person she trusts in the world. He’s always been extremely protective of Kristina. [They] have blurred the boundaries between a platonic relationship and a romantic one for some time. They’ve even been sleeping in the same bed!” Rumors of a romantic relationship began circulating after the two were seen kissing outside a Target store last week. Gordon took to Twitter to defend his relationship with Bobbi: “Yea we got a little closer and what!!!… I’ve proved my loyalty to her and the Houston family.” Later he added, “For the stupid ppl out there she gave birth to 1 child. And she trusted me with EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! She called me her ‘God Son’ I swear some ppl in this world act like they don’t have a brain…”

It sounds a little weird at first, but they’re not related. They just grew up together. And it seems that they were sleeping together while Whitney was there.

Technically it’s ok; otherwise, it’s disturbing.

It doesnt matter that they’re not blood related. If she refers to him as her big brother…or “brudder” rather, it’s weird!!!!

this girl needs a lot of help before she ends up like her Mother, G-D forbid.

Yes, definitely too far. She would have known him since she was 9 and he was 12 and they would have grown up together. How very ‘Roman’ of them….

That is unethical. She grew up with him as siblings and calls him her brother. Regardless if he was formally adopted or not, the family regarded him has a family member. I have an adopted brother and I can not even begin to think of him in any other way than my brother. It’s too weird and immoral.

    not right

I pray some family member steps in and gets this precious young lady some good and proper help…because as stated earlier….the lines have been blurred here….she’s vulnerable….God help her.

    Ew! That is so creepy!

But look where she came from.

And she does have a face only a mother (or brother) could love.

It does sound pretty wacky but at least they’re not biological siblings, that’s for sure…I knew a guy whose parents split up when he was a little kid and both his mother and step-dad were trying to get him to start a relationship with his step-sister who he grew up with! Even though they’re not blood, it’s still pretty gross and way worse than this Bobbi & Nick situation! I guess some cultures figure it’s OK.

    Those two are sickies.

P.S…..I think Yuck’s got it right about the “cultures”, it seems typical.

Lets not forget Whitney Houston is popular in the southern USA

Let it go! Her moms dead and her dad pretty sent her down that path. Dating her “adopted” brother isnt taking drugs, partying, or getting drunk every night. If they were related, then yes, it would be gross. But they arent so deal with it.

  15. Dave • March 17, 2012 @ 4:16 PM

They’re not related, calm down everyone.

  16. jjjones • March 19, 2012 @ 7:30 AM

I’m a little mixed, but they aren’t blood, so it would be like two kids who grew up together and were very close, then had a fling, so not really that creepy.

Does sound bizarre but I guess if they’re not related then it’s fine…but she should stop calling him a brother tho ewwww!
