Britney comes out on top in ’07

After a year of rehab, head shaving, custody battles, strange performances and paparazzi craziness, it’s no wonder that Britney Spears is the most talked about celebrity of 2007, according to a survey by People magazine. The magazine also awarded “Besties” to Hayden Panettiere for “Hottest break-out star under 25” and Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck for “Couple most likely to make it to 2017,” beating out runners-up David and Victoria Beckham.

I feel sorry for her. So much money yet still so messed up. I hope she gets help soon.
