Britney’s visitation rights suspended

Britney SpearsBritney Spears has had her visitation rights to her two young sons removed after breaching a court order. Spears has failed to provide the people who conduct the random drug tests with her contact information, instead providing the cellphone number of an ex-assistant, a number which may not even be current. The order, obtained by, reads, “Petitioner’s (Britney’s) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner’s compliance with the court orders.” Her next court appearance is scheduled for October 26.

Quit being a**holes!! She is not that hard to find. Ask the paparazzi where she is, they seem to know her every move! Ask TMZ, if they can get a copy of the court order, they should be able to get Britney’s phone #. Yet again, the children get punished due to the court and the parents! Where is the supervised access?? Make her $pay$ for it. This is a busy month for Britney…alot of court dates. Her ‘rock bottom’ is farther than most peoples.

How hard is it to give a correct phone number? Especially for something as important as doing those drug tests that she is REQUIRED to do. So far, she isn’t taking anything seriously enough. Those poor boys. I am glad they are so young that hopefully when its all over, they won’t remember it at all when they are older.

What I meant by neutral in my other comment was that the judge listens to both sides. Obviously he is not getting any compliance on her part so far. Hence, she gets no privileges until she gets up to par with what she is supposed to do in the first place.

I was reading some real news on yahoo earlier to see she ran over a photographer’s foot now? What’s with the driving bit? Maybe she shouldn’t have a license. In Canada, its a longer process to get your license which is a good thing. Well, in BC anyways. Maybe those bothersome photographers will learn to stay back now…LOL. Which is what she needs. I am so tired of hearing about these photographers. How irritating it must be!

Don’t let the courts get you down, Britney! Remember, we’re all behind you!!!

  4. Nancy • October 20, 2007 @ 12:33 AM

Oh my!! You dirty old man, you!!! LOL.

I would not be able to stand that damn paprazzi following me like that! Forget a ‘foot’, I’d run down the whole bunch of them.

Depending on whether her drug test is by blood or urine, they should not need her phone #. Just catch her there at the family court hearing, catch her off guard and administer the test right there. This way she cannot switch the blood or urine in any way. What dumbasses they are!! Instead they want her # so they can set up an appointment, so now she has the heads up and pays someone to give her a urine sample, and switches it in the bathroom!! How original.

ok nancy this is the law whether you like it or not thats the way it is…when you go to court and the judge tell you something YOU DO IT …no questions asked…why oh why do you think that Britney has special rights that makes her above the law or different then you or me…she is spoiled little brat and i do wish that she goes to jail for a month at least it will smarten her up for sure..just ask paris..(havent heard anything from her in a while eh..?) you ever been to jail Nancy…doubt it..dont give advise unless you have experience in that field..when Mike tyson, Redd Foxx, James Brown when they all were convicted and went to jail do you think there was some dumb ass saying oh the judge is you really need to wake up…stars are just normal people that hve a high priced job…there not abouve the law..and Britney will see that soon….u think if some black teenager from L.A. would be given such consideration…
think about it..his ass would have been in jail from the first incident..

Maybe that’s what she got caught at? I know its not fair to have a head’s up. It makes no sense I am sure but what can one do? Aren’t there tests good enough now that they would be able to know it wasn’t hers? I am only assuming, I am not sure about that. They should keep it to blood samples that way they poke that needle into her and know that its her blood…how simple things should be but never are!

‘You ever been to jail Nancy…doubt..don’t give adviCe unless you have experience in that field.’

Nope, never been and don’t plan to ever be. Decided to take LAW in college though, so yeah, I do happen to know a thing or two!! I never said that Britney did not have to do what the judge said, did I?……DID I?? I also never said that Britney was above the law. I basically said that the law should have been changed many, many years ago so as to not have so many loop holes!! You see, my-ex, just so happens to make a very good living….get this…..selling his urine to people on methodone, as he takes methodone and they sell theirs!! Good laws huh!!

Oh, by the way…you need spell check!!

  8. are you kidding • October 21, 2007 @ 5:48 PM

your right you are a good example why the laws should be changed…
the law isnt pefect and most times it isnt applied properly …there are crazy loop holes in it…i was saying that it doesnt matter what the judge asked for , if she was a normal mother she would have walked through walls to make sure she got everything you see it wasnt her first thing on her to do list..
and spell check works fine on my computer,….

    When turned on!

its crazy when you can get a huge fine for piracy and even jail time, yet people who get dui’s, hit and runs, what have you, can get away with murder or not getting hardly any time at all. The justice system, if you can call it that…well, it sucks. No matter where you live. This is where voices need to be heard.

“This is where voices need to be heard.”

    Here? On

  12. Nancy • October 23, 2007 @ 7:15 PM

I think Karen means that because of all these loop holes in the law, this is where the peoples voices need to be heard.

Not…’this is’ as in a place, namely being!!!!

    Wow! I mean…think about it.

I’m amazed that some people don’t hurt themselves just getting out of bed!!!! LOL

I believe Anonymous’ humour flew over your head. Your explanation and insulting “closing line” actually make you look quite foolish. You seem to be very eager to give someone a jab, very bitter sounding. I hope you are able to peace.
