Britney Spears moves to New Jersey

Britney and her sonsBritney Spears has rented a new house in New Jersey, where she will live for a month during her East Coast “Circus” tour. The house is a 7-bedroom and 8-bathroom mansion in Alpine, which she rented so her kids wouldn’t have to stay in hotels. A source reveals she wanted “a home away from home, especially for the boys – something close to Manhattan. They talked about Long Island, but she wanted something closer that could feel like home for Sean and Jayden.” The spacious house has plenty of room for her kids to run around. The property is on the market for a whopping $8 million, but the lease is $30, 000 per month. This won’t make a difference to Spears, who isn’t forking over a penny. Jive, her record label, is paying for everything. Nothing but star treatment for the pop star! Spears’ celebrity neighbors will include P. Diddy, Chris Rock, and Mary J. Blige. ~Meryl H.

Wow is it ever hard to hear this kind of news when people are losing there jobs and homes. I know that celebrities have all the money in the world but i know people that don’t even make half in a year what she is now paying per month for her, “home away from home”.

true say Joshua. but on another note i think maybe she should just take a break and live somewhere far for a while…why hasn’t anyone suggested this? for her to get away for a considerable amount of time so she can get her head and shit together…staying in LA or New york is not gonna better her situation. i’m sure someone has told her to do this but why haven’t they urged her more? oh well..good luck to her anyway.
ps; she has NO idea how lucky she is that her kids look like her and not their ‘dad’. he seems he’s cleaned up his act but still – yuck.
