brittany_murphyThe producers of Shrinking Charlotte, a romantic comedy that Brittany Murphy was set to star in, have decided to continue with the project. They’ll recast her role, but will dedicate the film to her memory.  Producer Darren VanCleave told TMZ that they haven’t given any thought yet about who will replace Brittany — they’ve put off filming until mid-2010.

Agreed, Nancy and sandy. Didn’t like joe’s comment very much though, whether you liked her movies or not, she has very recently died, at a very young age.

I can think of a few other good movies she was in besides 8 Mile with Marshall Mathers. How about Don’t Say a Word; Happy Feet; Clueless; Girl Interrupted; Just Married?

totally agree, glenn…and just for the movie, not her acting….

saying the movies she was in, or even her acting was “shitty” in no way reflects any opinion or callousness towards her unfortunate death…
