Bullock stalker charged

Marcia Valentine, 56, who allegedly tried to run over Sandra Bullock‘s husband, Jesse James, faces two felony counts which could result in a maximum sentence of four years and eight months in prison. Bullock, James and his 10-year-old son were in the driveway of their home when the attack occurred. Luckily, no one was injured. Valentine apparently drove off before police arrived, but was taken into custody the following day. Bullock has since taken out a three year restraining order against the obsessed fan, who must stay at least 500 feet away from Bullock and her family.
