Cara DelevingneCara Delevingne is ”inspired” by St. Vincent.

The 22-year-old model-and-actress believes ”true love” is one of the ”most important” things in the world and credits her girlfriend – whose real name is Annie Clark – for her motivation.

Asked how she is influenced by her lover, she said: ”Love is inspiring. True love comes in every form, whether it’s what you do or whether you love yourself. True love is one of the most important things. It’s what makes the world go ’round.”

Meanwhile, Cara’s friend and fellow model Karlie Kloss praised the couple as ”incredible.”

She told Us Weekly at the New York premiere of her pal’s new movie Paper Towns: ”[They are] both incredible people. [Cara] has incredible energy. … She makes you laugh no matter what.”

Despite claims this week Cara and St. Vincent have split after eight months of dating, the 32-year-old singer was also spotted at the premiere, and on Monday she was thrilled to receive the ”best gift ever” from her girlfriend.

She posted a picture of a white electric guitar signed by David Bowie on Instagram and captioned the image: ”An Airline Twin Tone guitar signed by David Bowie. Thank you, @caradelevingne. Best gift ever in the entire world.”
