Unsubstantiated reports claim that actor Charlie Hunnam may step down from the role of Christian Grey in the upcoming adaptation of E.L. James’ erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey, according to cosmopolitan.com. Charlie is best known for his work on the FX television series Sons of Anarchy and this summer’s blockbuster Pacific Rim. He signed on to star opposite Dakota Johnson, who has been cast in the role of Anastasia Steele. The reports stem from the overwhelming negative reaction by fans to the film’s casting — a petition from Change.org calls for him to be replaced with Matt Bomer and has thus far amassed 75,000 signatures. Despite the fans’ negative reaction, producer Dana Brunetti and author E.L.
