Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife arrested for assault and drugs

Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, 34, was arrested at a nightclub Saturday morning in Aspen, Colorado. Just before midnight on December 2, officers with the Aspen Police Department were approached by a woman during a routine walk. The woman had been assaulted and identified Brooke as the aggressor. The police went to the Escobar nightclub and located Mueller just after midnight. She was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Mueller, who is the mother of twin sons with Sheen, had more than four grams of cocaine in her possession when arrested. She was released on $11,000 bail but is scheduled to return to District Court on December 19.
