Chris Brown fans send vicious death threats

By Tribute on May 24, 2012 | 16 Comments

Whenever Chris Brown is around, drama is sure to follow. When Brown took to the stage to perform his new song “Turn Up the Music” during the 2012 Billboard Music Awards earlier this week, fans and fellow celebrities seemed to be disappointed. Despite the well-choreographed dance number, it still was not enough to hide the fact that Chris seemed to be lip-syncing his performance. People quickly ranted on Twitter about Brown’s lack of respect for fans and his inability to sing live. Victoria’s Secret model Chrissy Teigen took to her Twitter page writing, “Why sing when you can dance.” She immediately received several threatening and hurtful responses from angry Chris Brown fans. One user wrote, “All you do is talk s**t, you need to be raped and murdered.” Another wrote, “I hope you are the next ‘celebrity’ to die” and “Ditzy dumb ass tramp your mother should’ve aborted you.” Those are only a few of the shocking messages.

Feeling overwhelmed and hurt, Teigen took a screenshot and tweeted, “I have some screen caps. And I will do everything I can to make sure people know, internet or not, you CAN’T say this s**t.” She also tweeted “You guys are too young for this s—. Too f—ing young. How you can even form these sentences at someone you don’t know makes me so sad. Don’t throw around the term ho, c—, s—. You’re women. WE ARE WOMEN. and don’t ever think a man can f—ing control you. Seriously. this isn’t your f—ing job. Stop being psychotic. Be strong women. Listen to opinions without spewing pure maliciousness.” The Twitter handles that threatened the model have since been deleted. Brown also reportedly got involved by tweeting, “Team Breezy! Let’s stop sending death threats!” followed by, “I know y’all bout that life but it’s the wrong message! Ur turning haters into victims!” The tweets seem to have since been deleted from Brown’s official Twitter page. ~Krystin Edgerton

Chris Brown may not be the best guy out there but the fact remains he makes good music!! And I don’t get why people are hating on him for his stupid fans…he’s not the one telling them to do it. They’re just crazy! No one says anything about these little Bieber fans.

Chris my son…please turn your will and your life over to me, your heavenly father. For I am Jesus Christ and you have sinned. Chris, your wicked ways and Satanic temper must surely come to an end. Join me Chris where your humanly troubles will come to an end and you will find peace.
    Your Pastor, Priest, and Savior,
    Jesus Christ

Wendy, beating someone up is not a mistake. It’s the act of a criminal. Maybe he learned something from it (though it doesn’t seem like he did) but please don’t call a crime a mistake. Forgetting your keys is a mistake. Getting a date mixed up is a mistake. Beating your girlfriend to a pulp is NOT a mistake.

He’s a complete douche bag ….. He can stand up o a woman … But not a man ….. I’d love to bslap him around , and see how he likes it …. As for talent ….. Anyone can be processed to sound good …. All I can say I’d forget this noise and move on …. He’s a waste of breathe

Taylor on May 24, 2012 3:19 PM “yall people have no respect for him” youre absolutely right. why anyone would have respect for a man that beats his girlfriends is beyond me. i do no respect him.

those comments, holy crap. those people should have been charged with uttering death threats and should have had their computers removed from their houses. sick sick people.

Missy, committing a crime can of course be a mistake. His beating Rihanna WAS a mistake, not in the sense that it wasn’t intentional or easily forgiven, but that it was regrettable and the two of them have moved on, and he should be able to receive forgiveness. People who say he should die because of one stupid act are insane.

  13. Jessica • May 25, 2012 @ 7:41 AM

all of haters need to shut up. he admitted he screwed up and has paid for it. Rihanna has moved on, why can’t you? I don’t condone what he did but I still like him as a singer and dancer. And hello Chris, his first album was not processed. He’s an awesome singer or he wouldn’t have sold the amount of records he has.
And Spongebob someone should teach you some manners. You are no better than his fans that sent those awful tweets, you should be ashamed of yourself.

  14. Sam • May 25, 2012 @ 10:56 AM

Chris Brown sucks!!! Maybe his fans should retract there comments and take there violent threats out of him!

  15. sammi • May 26, 2012 @ 7:30 PM

Who cares? I’m not sure how I got on this page but it is like watching a car accident and you can’t look away. Why anyone gives a rat’s fanny about any of these people is beyond me. I care about violence against women (or anyone for that matter) but CB and Rihanna are just two of the millions who have been there. They are just two people who sing and dance, not rocket scientists or neurosurgeons. What do they do that makes them into idols? Nothing. It’s marketing. They are no more talented than half of the nobodies who you’ll never hear of. The real crime here is that people pay more attention to the land of make-believe than real life. Try paying more attention in school (y’all? really?), or to your kids or partners or just about anything that actually is in the same world you live in instead of the fantasy you all stare at like morons. If it helps, I bet either one of these two is pretty engaged with their real world and not some fantasy of one.
