Criss Angel’s estranged wife is suing for divorce. Joanne Sarantakos is accusing Angel of mental cruelty and abandonment. Sarantakos was seen in the first season of Criss Angel Mindfreak, Angel’s show on A&E, but did not appear in the second season. She’s accusing Cameron Diaz of coming between them, although by all accounts, it appears that Joanne and Criss were separated. Her lawyer, Dominic Barbara, says that Diaz will be subpoenaed. However, Angel, 39, claims he and Diaz are just friends. He and Joanne, 37, have been married for five years and have been together a total of 15 years.
