Cynthia Nixon is not upping the ante

Cynthia NixonSex and the City star Cynthia Nixon is annoyed by reports saying she had a breast augmentation. Nixon told New York’s Daily News the reports are “totally false,” and that she was recently at a NYC hospital for a checkup. “I was in the oncology department,” she said. “I guess they think that means ‘plastic surgery.’” A few months ago Nixon admitted she’d battled breast cancer, and is now cancer-free. The actress — who appeared topless in the new Sex and the City movie — added, “If I was going to get a boob job, wouldn’t it make sense that I’d get it before Sex and the City?” The actress also hinted she is open to wedding girlfriend Christine Marinoni. “In an ideal world, we’d like to do it in New York, when it becomes legalized,” she said, when asked about California recently lifting its ban on gay marriage. “Hopefully, it won’t take 20 years.”

She is right in saying if she was gonna get a boob job it would have been smarter to do it before her topless scene in the movie…and I saw pictures of her partner and she is defenitely the man in the relationship….

Is that appropriate to be saying in front of 10 year olds? I’m not so sure…

What exactly is inappropriate about that comment?

  9. tributegirl • June 27, 2008 @ 7:03 PM

It was a negative comment about Cynthia & Whoopie’s PHYSICAL APPEARANCE. Criticizing people about their physical appearance isn’t exactly an appropriate thing to be saying in front of a child. In fact, it’s not an appropriate thing to be saying AT ALL. Do you understand? Or is this too difficult? I don’t want you to get confused and get a headache.

    She IS a headache!

Oh and I understand exactly what your saying…from what I remember it was either you or Nancy that couldn’t understand ME because apparently I couldn’t write a full sentence before starting another one…so stop asking me if I understand…
