Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, 20, has just bought a new $6.2 million townhouse in New York City. The West Village property, which has five bedrooms, measures 3,000 square feet and was built by a sea captain in 1847 for his daughters. It includes a 39 foot garden and is on a picturesque tree-lined street with cobblestone blocks. This is Radcliffe’s fourth property — he already owns two $5 million NYC apartments and an apartment in London. His Harry Potter co-star, Rupert Grint, 21, also owns four estates, including a country mansion, while their co-star Emma Watson, 19, recently bought a $5 million London townhouse and is believed to also own a ski chalet in France.
