American Idol Season 7 runner-up David Archuleta will make his acting debut on an episode of Nickelodeon’s iCarly, shown in Canada on YTV. The teen-oriented series is about a high school student who has her own Internet TV show, iCarly. In the episode titled “iRocked the Vote,” Archuleta, 16, plays a contestant on a talent show called America Sings. His votes go way up after he appears in an iCarly webcast. The episode will air next spring. Archuleta’s self-titled debut album will be released on November 11 on Jive Records.
Yay!!!! I love that show! Can’t wait to see him in it!
He’s adorable! I really think he should have won American Idol…but obviously that show has opened many doors for his future. I still can’t believe he’s only 16!
He certainly was good enough to win, but the other David was as well. Can’t wait to get his cd, I think he is an incredible singer, unbelieveable for a 16 year old!
The future’s so bright, he’s gotta wear shades!
Not my type of music. I’d definately rather buy the new Metallica cd…ooooh…or the new AC/DC cd!! In fact, I think I’d prefer Britney’s upcoming cd over this guy. LMAO
And I am very impatiently awaiting Eminem’s new cd!!!!
Well, I’ll skip the metallica, Britney & Eminem, but oh yeah, I can’t wait for the new ac/dc cd!!! But this David, he’s really got an incredible voice, and I just think he’s so cute, in a little boy sort of way. But the other David, WOW! I REALLY can’t wait for a cd from him!
