David Arquette enters rehab

David Arquette has entered rehab to combat problems with alcohol as well as depression. He’s been having a difficult time dealing with his separation from wife Courteney Cox and decided to seek help at a rehab center which has not been made public. During an appearance last month on Howard Stern’s radio show, he confessed: “I’ve been drinking a lot because I’m heartbroken. It’s really a personal, traumatic thing.” He also told the talk show host: “I definitely am having a nervous breakdown.” Arquette had been seeing a psychiatrist weekly. Cox told People magazine in a statement: “I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life. I love and support him.”

Well, he certainly needs something. He’s got to be an idiot airing all his dirty laundry and personal issues with Howard Stern and all his listeners. Sure not making it easier for his wife to want him back.

It’s pretty sad that he poured his heart out on national radio to Howard Stern. Hasn’t he got any friends? Or has he exhausted his supply of sympathetic ears?
