Today was another star-packed day for the Tribute TIFF Media Lounge — there were celebrities galore beginning bright and early with A-list actor Ray Liotta! He hugged Tribute‘s Bonnie Laufer as they posed for a photo and even told her laughing, “You smell like a fruit!” Olga Kurylenko, former Bond girl and now starring in two movies at this year’s festival, came by the suite next, looking as gorgeous as ever. Captain America’s Chris Evans was up next — he flashed his million dollar smile and made all the ladies in the room swoon.
Throughout the afternoon, we had the pleasure of talking to a string of talented directors: Laurent Cantent, Brian De Palma, Michael McGowan, Susanne Bier, Thomas Vinterberg, Peter Strickland, James Ponsoldt, Anne Marie Jacir, Cate Shortland and Lenny Abramson. Smashed star Mary Elizabeth Winstead came to promote her new film alongside Mad Men‘s Aaron Paul. After enjoying a cold drink, Irish hottie Jack Reynor chatted with us about his new film What Richard Did, and how he is so ecstatic to be a part of the project. Next, we talked to award-winning director Rob Stewart, whose new documentary Revolution will be premiering on Wednesday at TIFF. Musician-turned-director, Rob Zombie, and his wife Sherri Moon Zombie discussed their latest film in which Rob directs and Sherri acts. Also joining in on the fun in the suite were Catriona Mckenzie, Cameron Wallaby, Genevieve Bujold, Trine Dyrholm, Saskia Rosendahl and Ben Drew. Click here for more about TIFF!
