Tiger Woods’ divorce could cost him between $100 and $750 million. The golf star announced his marriage to Elin Nordegren, with whom he has two children, ended yesterday. The pair split following a series of lurid allegations about Tiger’s extra-marital affairs with numerous women. Although Elin signed a prenup before they married, the terms of it were altered after Tiger’s affairs became public. It’s believed she received a large lump sum in return for her promise not to reveal the intimacies of the marriage. In turn, Tiger allegedly agreed not to introduce their children to any woman unless he marries again. Both Tiger and Elin were in a Florida court for the hearing yesterday, during which their relationship was termed “irretrievably broken.” The couple will share custody of three-year-old daughter Sam and son Charlie, 18 months, and both went to a four-hour parenting class before the divorce was finalized. Elin will revert to her maiden name and will keep the family home in Orlando.
