Diddy wants to be first black Bond

Sean Diddy CombsSean “Diddy” Combs wants to be the first black James Bond so badly that he’s spent $750,000 on his 007 audition tape. Combs flew to the South of France to film the tape near the Casino Royale, the inspiration for the 2006 Bond film starring Daniel Craig. In the tape, the rapper flies around in a helicopter, wearing a tuxedo and surrounded by his own Bond girls. Diddy recently played Walter Lee Younger in the ABC-TV movie A Raisin in the Sun. He told Britain’s Daily Mirror, “This is my audition tape for the next James Bond. There is a black president, and it’s time for there to be a black Bond.”

    If theres gonna be a black bond in the future cant they find an actor not a rapper who can act.

    First off, he is too short and not very attractive and a black Bond just would not sell for the cost of the production compared to the other Bond movies.

    What a way to ruin the franchise…!

  4. Cpt. Janeway • December 1, 2008 @ 2:29 PM

    Why does everyone think taht becasue they got a black President, everything has to become plagued with black people now?

    amen capt this is a sick joke and if any black actor plays bond , say goodbye to the franchise!!!!!
    i think its time for a white shaft ! what do you think pity , i mean shitty , oh sorry DIDDY! STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE BEFORE THINGS GET REALLY BAD.

    Is there no end to this man’s ego? I don’t think I have much of a problem with a black Bond (although it would seem odd as the character has historically been white) but if there is ever one, it shouldn’t be to make a political statement. (When they make a movie about Barack Obama’s life, I think that he should be played by a white actor). And Bond is a sophisticated, suave, strong personality and character, and shouldn’t be played by a wimpy, tough-guy-gangsta-wannabe, regardless of race.

    I heard Tom Cruise wants to play the role of Martin Luther King. That should be as likely as Poppa-Diddy-Pop or whatever he’s calling himself now-a-days putting on 007’s tux.

    okay cpt janeway,i dont like the way you said plagued by black people. not the nicest term to use.

    but yeah, diddy needs to get over himself.

    I would pay some serious money to see that audition tape…..because I’m sure he looks look like a complete jackass.

    What an egotistical dimwit. With your money, why don’t you create something original? You are an artist?

  13. demigod • December 1, 2008 @ 11:18 PM

    If this halfwit had his way, he’d have Spike Lee directing, Beyonce and ‘lil Kim as his hos, pardon..bond girls, and his posse as the set extras. All because..well, it’s time.

    $750K could have saved thousands of sick kids or poor souls in the cold, instead he wasted it on a 007 audition tape…will smith, lawrence fishbourne or denzel washington would make a much better black bond if there ever will be one…i bet diddy would make a sick villian though, better than that last lame one, dominec greene or whatever rofl

  15. demigod • December 2, 2008 @ 1:44 AM

    diddy a sick villain? pls,he’s such a poser. Hope he chokes on that toothpick.

  16. Jo-Anne. • December 2, 2008 @ 8:42 AM

    Okay, we get it.
    Obama = Black
    Bond = White
    Diddy = Fool

    So, what do we do about the Grinch now? Dilemma.

  17. updown • December 2, 2008 @ 9:48 AM

    if there are people pissed off abt daniel craig being a blond bond, theres no way theyll let a black guy play it
    plus diddy has no chance just coz hes well known…they want the bonds to be new faces…its the reason clive owen lost the role too

  18. tributegirl • December 2, 2008 @ 12:53 PM

    Diddy is such a joke, if they ever do make a black Bond, I sure hope it’s not him!

  19. K • December 2, 2008 @ 1:44 PM

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Now that’s funny! Bond ain’t black yo! F’in Diddy, what a fool. You can’t sing (sorry rap) what makes you think you can act. Go away, you bore me beyotch!

  20. Nancy • December 3, 2008 @ 11:00 AM

    OK…Nancy to the rescue! Here’s the solution….cast Michael Jackson in the role of Bond. He’s black…but he’s also white! LMFAO!

  21. demigod • December 3, 2008 @ 12:36 PM

    If he threw on a skirt he’d be more convincing as a bond girl. His one and only line would be,’…harder yo’.

  22. mira • December 3, 2008 @ 3:42 PM

    LMFAO! haha lol i bet his tape consisted of his billion names he has changed more than his life span lol!

  23. craig • December 3, 2008 @ 9:19 PM

    Well, he would make a good update of Teehee once they get a good sagging bond back after the franchise dips again. Oh, Regis, we must get Regis to be the man with the shaken and unstirred drink.

  24. demigod • December 4, 2008 @ 11:20 AM

    Think he changed his name again recently..Diddly, or..er, Diddler. I forgit. Sumthin’ like dat.

  25. Nancy • December 4, 2008 @ 5:27 PM

    I heard he changed it to ‘Diddle-Puff’

  26. Anonymous • December 14, 2008 @ 6:56 PM

    Should be Piddly Diddly.

  27. Anonymous • December 14, 2008 @ 6:56 PM

    Or “Widdle Diddle”

  28. Nancy • December 15, 2008 @ 5:27 PM

    HAHAHAHA!! “Piddly Widdle Diddle” 😛

  29. jason hill • December 17, 2008 @ 1:20 AM

    I think he should, and would be great acting the part of James bond. All you haters stop hatin, heres a man preserving to new levels and yall mad stop that

  30. Nancy • December 17, 2008 @ 11:01 AM

    We’re not “haters”. We just don’t agree with a ‘black James Bond’, just the same as we wouldn’t agree with a white Nelson Mandella. And I’m sure if the proposition of a white Nelson Mandella were brought up, there would be a hell of alot of black protesters or “haters” as you would call them, Jason!!
