Sean “Diddy” Combs wants to be the first black James Bond so badly that he’s spent $750,000 on his 007 audition tape. Combs flew to the South of France to film the tape near the Casino Royale, the inspiration for the 2006 Bond film starring Daniel Craig. In the tape, the rapper flies around in a helicopter, wearing a tuxedo and surrounded by his own Bond girls. Diddy recently played Walter Lee Younger in the ABC-TV movie A Raisin in the Sun. He told Britain’s Daily Mirror, “This is my audition tape for the next James Bond. There is a black president, and it’s time for there to be a black Bond.”
If theres gonna be a black bond in the future cant they find an actor not a rapper who can act.
First off, he is too short and not very attractive and a black Bond just would not sell for the cost of the production compared to the other Bond movies.
What a way to ruin the franchise…!
Why does everyone think taht becasue they got a black President, everything has to become plagued with black people now?

Is there no end to this man’s ego? I don’t think I have much of a problem with a black Bond (although it would seem odd as the character has historically been white) but if there is ever one, it shouldn’t be to make a political statement. (When they make a movie about Barack Obama’s life, I think that he should be played by a white actor). And Bond is a sophisticated, suave, strong personality and character, and shouldn’t be played by a wimpy, tough-guy-gangsta-wannabe, regardless of race.
I heard Tom Cruise wants to play the role of Martin Luther King. That should be as likely as Poppa-Diddy-Pop or whatever he’s calling himself now-a-days putting on 007’s tux.
