Boozy half-naked Sutherland kicked out of strip club

kiefer_sutherlandKeifer Sutherland has embarrassed himself once again. He likes to learn the hard way — or should we say, he doesn’t learn from his experiences at all. The shirtless star of the TV series 24 was thrown out of the back door of a London strip club early yesterday morning — drunk as a skunk — by four bouncers, one holding him in a headlock, according to the New York Post. That has to have been more humiliating than wearing a dress on the Letterman show! This is just of another in a long line of incidents which show that clearly, Sutherland cannot hold his booze. Last May, he head-butted fashion designer Jack McCullaugh, though he later apologized (and escaped being charged in the incident). In 2007, he served 48 days in a Los Angeles jail after being charged with drunk driving — for the second time! Meaning he’s been caught twice, but who knows how many times he drove drunk before (or after) that? Last year, Sutherland admitted to Rolling Stone that he has a drinking problem, telling them he’s “right out of the textbook on problem drinkers.”  Hey Kiefer, maybe it’s time to consider rehab?  ~Alexandra Heilbron

What a loser. It’s embarrassing that he’s Canadian.

@ Apollo :: So, I guess you’ve never gone to College or University?

  3. Red • April 16, 2010 @ 4:11 PM

What does college of university have to do with anything? I’m looking around and seeing people studying. university is not a given for drinking.

and I do agree that this is a bit embarrassing for canadians, although that stunt with the dress was humourous enough.

Dude that guy is forty three years old, his liver must be out of whack by now. And Red, don’t you know all of the drunks in college and university are management and the nerds are their research assistants?

Big deal! Does anyone even consider him a role model? What’s the big deal? That sounds like a super fun night to me. What a cool guy!

what you guys are forgetting is “he cant hold his booze” drinking and a strip club is a match made in heaven. once you act like an idiot you just look stupid to everyone. its that simple. any bimbo thats too drunk to put there words together is looked at at a party as the person who needs to calm the hell down.

all you first year uni students need to chill on your comments.

Kiefer is an alchoholic people. He will keep acting this way until he realizes he desperately needs help to quit drinking and stay sober. Anybody out there heard of AA? No rehab is going to cure his drinking problem it’s a sickness he needs to get in a program and find a buddy.Until then we’ll keep hearing about his drunken escapades. No alchoholic is a loser it’s in their genes.

I guess people cant party up and get a little crazy anymore. Society needs to loosen up, everyone has a little wild night here and there.

  15. silver • April 19, 2010 @ 8:54 AM

Why is everyone judging Kiefer so harshly? Who hasn’t driven a car, and assaulted someone when drunk?

  16. Red • April 19, 2010 @ 9:01 PM

Are you seriously saying that everyone has driven drunk and assaulted someone while drinking?? You’re bloody crazy. You people need to learn your limits apparently.

  17. silver • April 20, 2010 @ 2:11 PM

Red, I guess it wasn’t clear. I was being sarcastic. It seems to me that society in general is pretty tolerant of drunken behaviour, except for drunk driving, and that took a long time to change.

  18. Red • April 20, 2010 @ 2:17 PM

No sorry silver, sarcasm doesn’t come across well online. You scared me a bit haha

  19. silver • April 21, 2010 @ 8:27 AM

Thanks for allowing me to clarify, Red. But I agree that some of the comments scare me too, and they aren’t sarcastic or ironic; they are what people really believe.
