Lots of great winter activities to be had. Even though its cold outside BABY, one has to make the best of the situation. Love tobogganing with the grandkids or just taking them out on the sled for a walk – does a body good. The older ones like skating or playing hockey scrimmage. For me I love the walks with the pups in milder weather at our provincial park which is just outside the city, so peaceful and beautiful this time of year.

Cross country skiing is my favourite winter sport but it would be even better if I won this prize because my eyes often have difficulty adjusting to varying light conditions when the ground is covered by glittering snow.

next month a cataract operation will be an improvement but this equipment would make outdoor activities much safer and more fun.
