A first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi has finally been released and although it just reveals snippets of what fans have to look forward to, there’s a lot going on.

Rey (Daisy Ridley) has obviously begun her Jedi training with Luke (Mark Hamill). She appears to be swinging a lightsaber on the top of a mountain cliff as Skywalker looks on. Black ships fly close to the ground, spewing red smoke as one hits the rocks. More explosions follow and we see glimpses of General Organa (Carrie Fisher), Finn (John Boyega), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) and R2D2. Finally, we see Luke looking out of a cave opening and we hear him say something that hints at how this Star Wars episode was named: “It’s time for the Jedi to end.”
