Gabriel Aubry’s visitation rights reinstated

The temporary emergency protection order against Gabriel Aubry has been lifted. The Canadian model was banned from seeing his four-year-old daughter Nahla following a brawl on Thanksgiving with Halle Berry's boyfriend Olivier Martinez but a judge ruled yesterday to remove the court order. According to RadarOnline: "[Gabriel] will be allowed to resume visitation with Nahla, with unspecified precautions in place to protect her safety." Gabriel is now seeking a restraining order against Olivier, preventing him from having any contact with Nahla. A source said: "Gabe believes that the judge will be disturbed by the fact that Olivier suddenly inserted himself into the custody hand off on Thursday. Halle's nanny/housekeeper is supposed to be the go-between for the parents when Gabe picks up and drops off Nahla."
While the model was originally arrested after it was claimed he started the vicious fight, new court documents revealing the extent of Gabriel's injuries allege Olivier attacked him. Gabriel has asked police to secure security footage from Halle's house before it can be destroyed, which he believes will exonerate him .
The court documents also claim Nahla said she was "scared" of the French actor. They state: "I remember thinking that is was odd for [Olivier] to be there, as he is generally not present during custody transition. Nahla was in the backseat on the passenger side, and suddenly exclaimed, 'Olivier is here. I'm scared.' I recall thinking it was strange for Nahla to have said that and was concerned by it. I saw Miriam (nanny/houskeeper) then come outside towards my car, at which point Nahla became visibly upset and anxious, but I did not know why. I tried to reassure and calm Nahla and told her it was ok."

TIFF announces plans for digital film festival in 2020

This year’s Toronto International Film Festival will go ahead in September with a new format. Fifty feature films will be screened both in-person and digitally.
OMG, that Olivier guy is dangerous. He should be behind bars and Halle’s parental rights should be taken away if she allows that guy near her kid.
Halle should release a statement saying she doesn’t condone Olivier’s actions and then say she’s dumping him. This was completely unnecessary. I wonder what Nahla will think when she sees what he did to her dad. Or even worse, if she saw what happened.
What a messy situation.
Whatever happened between Halle and Gabriel is too bad. Like I mentioned before I think they look good together.
Since they are separated Halle should not try to separate father and daughter. I don’t think she would like it if she was separated from her daughter. I’ve lost some respect for Halle. If what Gabriel says is true Halle should really think if Olivier is good for Nahla. Hmmmm whatever happened to love forever until death do us part?
I heard Halle has now said the security tapes weren’t on or not functioning. What a load of crap. Gabriel was probably set up. Those two were mad they didn’t couldn’t move to France with the kid. Halle is really cruel trying to take the father away from her daughter.
Martinez is a former boxer. For sure he set this guy up. Good for Gabriel not to let some violent punk scare him off from keeping his kid nearby. Martinez should be behind bsrs and if the security tapes weren’t being lied about he probably would be. I have NO respect for Halle for allowing a violent man near her daughter. Hopefully the courts will rule that Martinez wont be allowed near Nahla and that will be the end of him if shes any kind of a mother.
Wow. Looks aweful… Poor guy… I feel sorry for him because he’s up against rich Halle Berry who has the money to hire lots and lots of lawyers… This guys can go bankrupt trying to pay for all the legal fees to fight for his kids…. What she wants is to cut him totally out of his child’s life… So sad… He was an orphan himself and he would never abanden his kid.
