Game of Thrones launches mysterious Season 5 campaign

Arya-game-of-thrones-creditThe next season of Game of Thrones is still months away, but HBO has already begun its promotion campaign with a new, mysterious website called Three Eyed Raven. Fans of the show are able to sign up to receive “visions of the future” via Twitter or text messages. The show’s official Twitter account uploaded a video to go along with the release, showing Arya (Maisie Williams) in a series of flashbacks, with a voiceover of Melisandre (Carice van Houten) saying, “I see a darkness in you.” The audio comes from a line in the show’s third season, where Melisandre predicted that Arya would shut many eyes “forever.” The choice to use the image of the Three Eyed Raven is interesting, since the show’s creators

recently confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright), who met the Three Eyed Raven in the season four’s finale, would not be seen this season. Could Arya be the next Stark child to receive visions? The last we saw of her she was on a ship headed to Braavos.

HBO has not confirmed season five’s premiere date, but it’s expected to return spring 2015. ~Kelly Townsend

I loved watching the Game of Thrones and look forward to Season 5 opening. Please email me with anymore news.
I took out library books so that I could read the series about the Game of Thrones. Found them to be very good. But watching this on TV is so much better; than me trying to visulise it myself.
