Game of Thrones has become one of HBO’s most talked about shows, and now viewers can experience the magic up close, in Game of Thrones: The Exhibition opening in early March. The event proved to be a huge success last year, drawing in over 25,000 fans. This year’s exhibit is bigger and better than the previous year, featuring over 70 artifacts from both Season one and two, as well as a peek at props from the newest season, which premieres March 31. The exhibition allows fans to get up close and personal with a replica of the iron throne. HBO confirms the exhibition will feature weaponry and armor from the series, including Joffrey’s crossbow and swords such as Ice and Longclaw. The popular television series is based on the bestselling novels by George R.R Martin, about family loyalty, war, tyranny, and magic. The event will take place at the Toronto Design Exchange, from March 9 through to the 16. Free tickets are available for subscribers of The Movie Network today, with free tickets for the general public being made available tomorrow at 9 a.m. ~Brittnee Fleming
