Gangnam Style becomes most watched YouTube video

Korean singer Psy’s song, Gangnam Style, has become the most-watched video on YouTube, beating Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber’s Baby. “We just made a phone call and I talked to him and said ‘Hey, so many people asked did you meet Justin Bieber?’ What he told me was he is really good at the dancing, my one, the horse dance,” Psy told Billboard Magazine. The video was posted July 2012, and as of today has reached over 826 million views compared to Bieber’s song, which has had 805 million views. The Korean singer became an international success with his hit video and dance, leading to appearances on American TV shows such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Today Show, Saturday Night Live and The X Factor. His horse dance has become a phenomenal hit that people imitate around the globe. ~Luxy Hariharan

This song needs to disappear. I hope to hell this is a one hit wonder and fades quicker than Vanilla Ice on a hot day.

This is a very fun song and video. I first watched it when it hit nearly 100million views and thought this video is either crazy or genius. Either way, it was and still is entertaining and catchy…

    826 million views… I think that’s borderline genius!

Besides – Vanilla Ice never sold out a concert of over 100,000 attendees. 🙂

This is the stupidest song to EVER hit the airwaves! It makes my ears bleed it’s so stupid. I couldn’t imagine what it would do to my eyes if I watched the video! Being the most viewed video makes me wonder what the heck happened to people having good taste?!
