George Clooney confessed to adultery at age eight

By Alexandra Heilbron on February 2, 2012 | 9 Comments

George Clooney admitted during an interview on the prestigious show Inside The Actors’ Studio this week that he confessed to adultery when he was just eight years old. However, it’s not what you think. He was talking to host James Lipton about his childhood, revealing that having been raised a Roman Catholic, he’d served as an altar boy. George said, “In second grade, you’re eight years old, and you’re going to confession once a week. You go down that list of 10 Commandments and I remember reading ‘adultery’ and I would confess to committing adultery because I thought it mean acting like an adult.” His declaration, during which a photo of an angelic-looking eight-year-old George showed on a screen behind him, got a huge laugh from the audience.

Nice looking man, appealing personality, successful in business and his career makes him very sexy. But his inability to want to commit…so not sexy.

Why is it so horrible to not want to commit?? Marriage doesn’t happen to be EVERYONE’S idea of happiness. Time the public stopped deciding how other people should live and what should make other people happy. Just get on with your own life and stop trying to live the lives of others for them.

Exactly! What difference does it make to our lives if he marries his girlfriend or not? They’re happy. Leave him alone.

Please remember….George did try marriage…and to quote him….it didn’t work for him…so he’s not going down that road again…..Any woman hooking up wth him should just accept the fun while it lasts and let him go when the fun stops….no one gets hurt that way.

I think its great that he knows that he doesn`t want to commit and let his girlfriends know up front. But as someone who practices the same believes as George, I also know that its a big relationship breaker. Most women (especially the older ones) want a form of commitment even if they begin the relationship knowing they won`t get that from me.

That’s why he has to keep getting younger ones. They’re shallow enough to accept that the only thing they’re getting out of a relationship with him is being an ornament on his arm and getting to be in with the A-list crowd for as long as he can stand them. Then it’s on to the next. He doesn’t have feelings for any one of them. And that’s why I feel sorry for him because in return, none of them care about him, either. They’re just getting the goodies (I’m guessing he probably gives them nice presents as well and pays for everything) while they can.
