Sandra Bullock with George Clooney George Clooney helped Sandra Bullock get a boyfriend. The Oscar winning-actress has been friends with her Gravity co-star for several decades and is grateful for the fact he once convinced a guy she ”would have liked” to have as her boyfriend that she was an irresistible date – and they went on to enjoy a four-year romance.

Sandra, 51, explained: ”George went to him and said, ‘If you don’t marry her, I will.’ … that was sort of the thing that got him to just hang with me, the boyfriend. So we were together for four years after that, thanks to George.”

Despite his quip, Sandra added the 54-year-old cupid – who was previously married to actress Talia Balsam and always vowed never to wed again – only has eyes for his now-wife Amal, who he tied the knot with in September 2014.

She added to Access Hollywood: ”George is not gonna marry anybody except for Amal. He was waiting 30 years to do that … He’s a great guy.” Meanwhile, the brunette beauty took her new partner, model-photographer, Bryan Randall, 49, along to the premiere of her latest movie in Our Brand Is Crisis in Los Angeles last night.

The pair have been ”happily dating” since June but only went public in recent weeks. A source revealed: ”They started dating after Bryan photographed Louis (Sandra’s son) for his graduation.”
