The director and two of the stars of Paper Heart, which won a screenwriting award at Sundance this year, will appear at Comic-Con on July 26. Charlyne Yi, Jake Johnson and director Nick Jasenovec will talk about the movie (which also stars Michael Cera) and answer questions in Ballroom 20 at the San Diego Convention Center from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. Some lucky fans will receive a “Paper Heart” button, as depicted above. Before that, on July 24, Yi will appear at the “I Heart Comix Paper Heart Official Comicon Party, held at Voyeur, 751 Fifth Avenue in San Diego, which will feature special guest performances from Glass Candy, Franki Chan, Acid Girls and Bubble Gum Sci Fi. Tickets for the party are $5, and can be obtained by sending an RSVP to [email protected]. The party runs from from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. and is limited to guests 21 years of age and older.
