Gosling and McAdams split

Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams at the SAG awards Jan 28 2007When Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams didn’t attend each other’s premieres at the Toronto International Film Festival last month, even though McAdams was in Toronto filming at the time, it raised questions about the status of their relationship. Now Gosling has confirmed that the two, who co-starred in The Notebook, have split. He told GQ magazine that their fans are really upset about it and taking it out on him, saying: “Women are mad at me. A girl came up to me on the street and she almost smacked me. [She was] like, How could you? How could you let a girl like that go?’ I feel like I want to give people hugs, they seem so sad. Rachel and I should be the ones getting hugs! Instead, we’re consoling everybody else.”

both of them didn’t attend to each other’s premieres in Toronto. So how is it his fault?!?! she didn’t go with him to the festival. so he decided not to go to hers. Oh well, they are not meant to be together anyways. so grow up people and move on.

People break up all the time….they will go on with their lives, as should we.

The only sad thing I find comes from the situation is that they are both from the same area. It would have been cool if they had decided to get married, London/St.Thomas is a lovely site for a wedding :P:P

It’s sad, but I guest they have their reasons. So let it be and move on now guys. Don’t take it so personnally.

Hey hey….how do we know that Rachel didn’t dump him for being a total moron and he is just being cool because he doesn’t want to hurt his ego?

There’s nothing to be sad about. This happens all the time. And like we would expect, they seemed to have split privately and with dignity. This happens all the time with people who work in this industry and never have time for each other. Get over it already!

if it wasn’t meant to be… then it just ain’t why force love on ppl once it’s already fallen? Like Ryan said, both of them are the one who need concoling yet they are consoling their fans. We are just outsiders. We don’t know what has happened between the two.
bless them both. Things are better this way if there is no love.
