Guy Ritchie doesn’t regret marriage to Madonna

During an interview with Details magazine, Guy Ritchie, 43, revealed he doesn’t regret having been married to Madonna. Although he said, “I stepped into a soap opera, and I lived in it for quite a long time,” he added: “I’m quite happy that that experience was accelerated for me. I’m glad I made money, in other words. And I’m glad I got married.” He explains that although there were negative aspects to the marriage, it helped him grow as a person. “When you end up with a lot of the things you set out to chase and find that you’ve stumbled into all sorts of hollow victories, then you become deeply philosophical.” Ritchie is now with model Jacqui Ainsley, who gave birth to a boy last September. He also has a biological son with Madonna — Rocco, 11, and six-year-old adopted son David. Ritchie reveals that having children with Madonna was one aspect of the marriage for which he’s thankful, saying, “The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take. But you move on, don’t you?”

That picture of Madonna looks like it was taken 2 seconds after she was kissing a vacuum cleaner. 🙂

Being married to “Madge” was like going to the Calgary Stampede….it’s a fun and wild time but a body can only take so much…..normal has to come into play sometime or else you get burnout.

He talks about becoming “deeply philosophical” but then marries a model–so typical.

People are kind of cruel to present Madonna that horrible way, I must say.
