Guy Ritchie ordered to reshoot Sherlock Holmes

Guy Ritchie has allegedly been ordered by Warner Bros. to do a five week re-shoot of a number of scenes for his upcoming movie Sherlock Holmes. Executives from the movie studio told him the first cut of the film was not good enough, and dismissed one scene as being “ridiculously unrealistic,” according to British paper The Sun. An insider explained that Ritchie was “distracted” while filming because of his divorce from Madonna, adding: “It’s disastrous news, but Guy has promised to fix it.” Robert Downey Jr. stars as Holmes, with Jude Law playing Watson. Ritchie is struggling to keep the project on track for its original November 13 release date.
