Halle Berry to pay $16,000 for child support

Halle Berry and daughter Nahla Halle Berry, 47, has been ordered to pay Gabriel Aubry $16,000 a month for child support. The X-Men: Days of Future Past star - who has six-year-old daughter Nahla with her ex-boyfriend - needs to make the payments until their child turns 19 or graduates from high school, whichever happens first. A judge in Los Angeles also awarded the Canadian model, 38, $115,000 in back payments. The former couple share equal custody of their daughter, according to court documents obtained by people.com. The duo split in April 2010 after two years of dating and reached an initial custody agreement in late 2012 after Gabriel was beaten up by Halle's now-husband Olivier Martinez, with whom she has eight-month-old son Maceo. The French actor and Gabriel reached a mutual decision not to pursue criminal charges for Nahla's sake after Gabriel originally filed for a restraining order against Olivier, claiming he had threatened to kill him during the dispute in November 2012, which began when Gabriel blocked Halle from moving his daughter to France.

Firstly, $16,000 and even $115,000 is nothing for Halle. I don’t know why she had to go to court to be forced to pay, she’s obviously quite a piece of work. And that is all nothing compared to the money she’s going to have to dole out to psychologists for Nahla in the future. What a selfish bitch. I give her new marriage 2 years. Tops.

It is unfair that Halle Berry has to pay Gabriel money till her daughter Nahla turns 19 years old. The judge doesn’t know what he is thinking. Gabriel should be paying Halle Berry child support. Maybe the judge likes Gabriel Aubrey. The judge is gay.
