The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Nahla, the three-year-old daughter of Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, receive counselling. Berry and Aubry are currently involved in a custody battle, following allegations by Nahla’s nanny that Gabriel violently yanked the child out of her arms. Halle and Gabriel are expected to appear in court today, and according to reports, Halle wants Gabriel to be banned from having any contact with their daughter. He is currently under a criminal child endangerment investigation due to the nanny’s claims. However, Gabriel is asking for a restraining order against the nanny and wants the judge to fire her because he says she’s fabricating stories in order to gain favor with Halle.
