You want more? Halle Berry’s ex boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, certainly does — he’s requesting an increase in child support. The male model and Academy Award-winning actress have been involved in an ongoing custody battle over their four-year-old daughter, Nahla. Aubry went into court Thursday morning to request half a million dollars in lawyer fees and $20,000 a month in child support from Berry. Although he was prepared to plead his case, the judge told the model his paperwork was not filed correctly, thus forcing him to return on a later date. Aubry reportedly needs the financial boost to be able to provide a hospitable environment for his daughter. Meanwhile, Berry has petitioned the court to allow her to move to France with Nahla and her fiancé Olivier Martinez, a move that Aubry is fighting. Although the verdict on Berry’s potential move to Europe hasn’t yet been decided, the actress was recently spotted checking out preschools in Paris. ~Graeme Mollison
