Harry Potter actor charged with having homemade bomb

Harry Potter actor Jamie Waylett, 22, who was arrested for growing marijuana in 2009 after police found 10 plants in his bedroom, has been charged with possessing a homemade gasoline bomb. Waylett played Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe in the first six Harry Potter films, but his character was conspicuously absent from the final two movies. He apparently was armed with a Molotov cocktail during the recent London riots. A Metropolitan police spokesperson told The Guardian: “He was charged with violent disorder, having an article with intent to destroy or damage property, receiving stolen goods and also cultivating cannabis plants.” When arrested, Waylett was in possession of a bottle of champagne he’d apparently looted from a liquor store. The police also found 15 marijuana plants in his bedroom. He was released on bail on the condition that he lives with his mother and obeys a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew. He’s scheduled to appear in court again on November 11, coincidentally the same day Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is released on DVD.

Gee talk about acting out his part for real, Kinda makes you wonder if some actors forget who they really are and portray their casted character roles in the real world. Wake up this is your life don’t mess it up!!

He’s been in multiple films earning quite a bit of cash…has he gone through it all already?

This quote from “Animal House” leaps to mind: “Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life!”

Awww…let’s all REMEMBER that he was a kid when that J.K. movie came out…a LOT of pressure…a LOT of crap that goes with the show…he did NOT choose to take this path…his parents would’ve been the first to set him loose in the limelight…where some folks just can’t handle it!! As well, he was made to look REALLY REALLY bad in the movies…and “it kinda makes you wonder” how often people FORGET that he played a character and prolly reminded him he was a bad ass…hence, why NOT play the part?? And again, at his young age, I doubt he seen much of his beginning earnings…I blame the parents~!!

Why does the court want him to live with his mother? She either knows he’s growing marijuana in his bedroom or she’s an idiot, either way, she’s not much help. He gets charged in 2009 with having 10 plants in his bedroom, so what does he do? He grows another 15 in his bedroom. So I’m wondering where is she while this is going on?

Too much to soon! He’s 22, an adult, I don’t undertand why the court would rule he live with his mother. This is a mother who had to know there was pot being grown in the house. Get this young man some help before his life before he continues down the wrong path

Watch out for this guy and Joe Son (Random Task from Austin Powers) to move in together for a new reality show. Should be a hit.

I think there is something wrong with him. And if he had plants in his room and making bombs. He needs help badly. He should be in jail. Not living at mom’s house. He is old enough to look after himself. Hope the judge is able to get him help and put him in jail. Before he spends his life in jail. So if there is any hope for him. The judge will see that he needs help. before it’s to late. I wish him luck and hope he gets the support he needs. And start to make better choices and does positive things in his life.

yeah 2 actors that are harsh criminals lately. Makes you wonder how they hire on the set. No background checks required? People can get hurt that way.

He gives Harry Potter a run for its life, the tail of two lives, one is a bully who takes on Harry, and the other one in reality is the real thing. He is a sad bloke, very sad that his hate for society but then again this happens everywhere, remember he’s human on the outside and evil on the inside . . .take your pick would you want to be friends with the likes of him?

C’mon people he is 22. He is an adult. He know what’s right and what’s wrong. I don’t blame his mother. I blame him.
