Howard saves choking reporter

Terrence HowardTerrence Howard, star of the upcoming movies The Brave One and The Hunting Party, saved the life of a journalist recently in Los Angeles. He was dining with magazine writer Margot Dougherty at the Four Seasons when she began choking on a piece of sushi. Dougherty described what happened next: “He wraps his arms around me from behind, makes a fist at my solar plexus and gives two quick tugs. Bingo, I am breathing.” When she asked him how he’d learned to perform the Heimlich manoeuvre, he replied, “I saw it on Mrs. Doubtfire. She saved Pierce Brosnan.”

This actor to me has always been a class act and terribly under rated. He is genuine and should get more leading roles.
