Alec Baldwin‘s incident earlier this week (which involved attacking a New York Daily News photographer right after picking up a marriage license) definitely made headlines but what the focus seems to be on now is Baldwin’s Twitter rage. Baldwin, who walked down the street in New York wearing a white sheet over his head yesterday, fired off several angry tweets afterwards, beginning with “allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded.” He then made a reference to Trayvon Martin, the Florida teenager who was wearing a hoodie when he was shot to death by neighborhood watch member George Zimmerman, saying, “I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over.” The comment set in motion a Twitter rage frenzy, sparking comments such as “CLUELESS BASTARD,” “What a racist thing to say” and “God you are an idiot.” ~Stacy Raivich[poll id=”379″]

Almost a year after Halyna Hutchins was shot by Alec Baldwin on the set of the movie Rust, the wrongful death case has been settled and filming will resume.
I bet his daughter is glad he’s got a new girlfriend — now he can stop yelling at his daughter – he’s got a new target and hey, she’s only a few years older than his kid. What a jerk. I saw the photos and he was attacking that photographer, who looked pretty scared. So for him to go on Twitter and point that finger anywhere but at himself, shows he’s an extremely deluded person.
I don’t think he’s making fun of the victim. i think he’s pointing out the media’s ridiculous fixation on celebrities acting out, but quickly move past serious news like the trayvon thing.
I love Alec Baldwin. He just doesn’t give a sh*t what anybody thinks. All the more power to him!

Give the guy a break! He was justifiably pissed off at the media… they should know by now to not get in his space… the paparazzi in this case is an idiot… just trying to get some easy $$ or attention…. this is all just creating more media attention which was their goal in the first place…… I think the laws must be changed….. make a 10 foot mandatory space around anyone they are trying to photograph!

I don’t think he was making fun of the kid who was killed. I think he is simply pointing out how ridiculous the legal system has become, and that some idiot who justifies killing a person because they were wearing a hoddie, is a low-life with no case. He is saying had the paparazzi been in a similar situation, maybe the pathetic, deluded, legal system would let the situation slide.
this is why celebrities should not mix prescription meds, alcohol and tweeting.

Read the comment. It’s not racist. Bad taste and not even close to the same parrallels as his issue, but I get what he means.
I still like him as an actor, but his personal life seems to be heading towards Mel Gibson-esque downward spirals.

NotAnAlecFan and Birdman have it right actually Alec is pointing out at how racist AMERICA is that they can forget about a black kid getting shot for wearing a hoodie but they will obsess over a second rate B-list white actor’s shenanigans. TREVOR here on the other hand is an out an out racist with a tiny weener, calling a kid who got shot to death for no good reason but being black in a white neighborhood “a stupid kid”, I guess thank god for the ability to hide behind computers so cowards like TREVOR can “bravely” make such comments.
