Amber Heard to testify against Johnny Depp at abuse hearing

Amber Heard is ready to take the stand against her estranged husband Johnny Depp.
A judge will rule on Amber’s petition for a full domestic violence restraining order against Johnny this Friday (June 17), and the actress is reportedly going to testify in court.
According to E! News, the Magic Mike XXL star is being prepared by her attorney for both direct-examination questioning by her team and cross-examination questioning by Johnny’s attorneys.
A source told the New York Post‘s Page Six that “Amber and two of her friends are willing to testify under oath about exactly what happened with Depp. This will put an end to anyone who has doubted her story and his lawyers’ claims that this is about money.”
This comes just a day after reports surfaced that the actress filed a declaration removing her request for $50,000 per month spousal support because according to her documents, it’s being “used against [her] to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence.”
The declaration, obtained by TMZ, also claims that Johnny made $30 million last year, and that the courts could have ordered the Alice Through the Looking Glass star to pay Amber upwards of $1 million a month in temporary spousal support. However, the celeb can change her mind, as she still reserves the right to go after the money after the divorce.
Amber filed for divorce on May 20, and days later filed a temporary restraining order against her husband, citing “years of physical and psychological abuse.” The allegations have been laboriously denied by several members of the actor’s team, friends and family.
Johnny, who is currently in the Bahamas, is expected to miss the June 17 court hearing, despite Amber’s team requesting him to appear.

Are these 2 friends the ones that occupy the other two condo units owned by Johnny Depp that Amber is trying to get possession of. Yeah I guess they would testify in her favor.

Johnny had it right the first time with not getting married; this is generally what happens in the acting industry. It’s about money; it’s ALWAYS about money. Even though she removed her request for spousal support, she still reserves the right to request it later… like after the court case perhaps?
It’s still about Money and of course her friends will testify for her because it is all about the material gain.
Lets hope the judge can see through the smoke screen her lawyer is putting up.

She keeps saying about spousal abuse for years, but they have only been married for 15 months and their courtship was not for long, so when did he abuse her. She really does look like she is lying. He is crazy to marry someone with such an age difference. They never work anyway. And that goes for older women that go first younger men with a big age gap. Foolish.

having worked as a domestic in many actors homes, I was an employee, as such, I was also a guest and what happened in a home stayed there. actors are people just because we buy a ticket to a movie does not entitle us to judge their private life’s. being people yes their are disagreements, heated arguments, I have seen where a wife provokes her husband in front of her friends, into a furious rage. but I never saw an actor hit his wife, although some if the woman was a man, would have been punched out. ” there are ten commandments ” one being ” thou shall not commit adultery. ” men seem less forgiving, who’s at fault, it was not for me to judge, although I did have an opinion. I am happy to say not once did anyone involved ask me to testify. some not all actors cheat on their wife’s. some wife’s who are actors cheat on their husbands. But then they are human, they make mistakes, who are we to judge them. mistakes are the penance given to humans for our right to be here.
they haven’t been married years, and seriously if it was that horrid, she could have packed her bags.. and left…
