American Music Awards final Artist of the Year nominees revealed

DrakeFans have been voting for several weeks, and now the final list of American Music Award nominees for Artist of the Year has arrived!

The first batch of nominations, which were announced on Thursday, will now be rounded out by Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Adele, and Carrie Underwood, all of whom will be heading up against Beyoncé, Drake, Rihanna, Twenty One Pilots and The Weeknd for the biggest award of the night.

Artist of the Year nominee Drake is leading the pack with a total of 13 nods, including Favorite Song and Video of the Year, while Rihanna sits with seven, and both Justin Bieber and Adele share five nominations each.

Co-hosted by model Gigi Hadid and comedian Jay Pharoah, the 2016 American Music Awards will air live at 8 p.m. E/T this Sunday (November 20) on ABC.
