Cameron Diaz writing nutrition book for girls

By Tribute on June 12, 2012 | 2 Comments

Cameron Diaz, the infamous blonde bombshell and What to Expect When You’re Expecting star, is writing her first book – a guide for proper nutrition and staying healthy for young girls. The book will feature advice not only from Diaz herself, but also from top nutritionists and celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and Drew Barrymore. After her father’s death in 2008 from pneumonia, Cameron started focusing more on her health and was inspired to write the book by fellow actress and close friend, Gwyneth Paltrow. Much like Gwyneth does in her lifestyle journal website Goop!, Cameron wants to use her celebrity status to influence people. The book will not be about losing weight or dieting but rather about making the right food choices and leading a healthy lifestyle. Cameron will also be travelling to high schools in the United States to talk to them about healthy eating and making good choices. ~Stacy Raivich

She doesn’t look fit…she looks anorexic. I don’t get why celebrities think they can write about health and fitness and stuff. They pay loads of money for trainers and stuff. THOSE are the people that should be writing the books.
