Chris Brown can contact Rihanna again

By Alexandra Heilbron on February 23, 2011 | 5 Comments

The restraining order that was put in place after Chris Brown beat Rihanna so severely that she was left black and blue all over has been reduced to a “level one order.” Rihanna’s attorney, Donald Etra, told the his client did not object to the restraining order being modified. According to the new rule, Brown is allowed to contact Rihanna provided he does not “annoy, molest, or conduct surveillance” on Rihanna. Brown’s probation remains in effect until August 2014. The attack occurred in 2009 and as part of his probation, he performed community service and has been attending domestic violence counseling.

He’s a piece of garbage. I don’t care how fukked-up your family life’s been, you never raise a hand to a woman.

I agree. That being said those who are or were abused end up to often in these same situations again. Either as the abused or as the abuser. Here’s hoping he is taking his court ordered counseling seriously.

I cannot think of a bigger loser…he had everything a REAL man could want and need and he slapped and punched it away…I shake with anger everytime I think of what he did to that girl…if she has anything to do with him EVER again she is just as big a loser…stay strong & stay away…she has no need for this loser asshole in her life, she is beautiful and has no need of him.

you know what, to be perfectly honest. What Chris did was NOT Okay, in any form. But everyone has their ups and downs, and because of the media, sticking their nose where it doesnt belong, this situation was amplified. I have mad respect for Chris and all his struggles. Because he has domestic abuse in his family doesnt give him a reason to be that way, but it does support the reason why he did what he did, maybe rhianna was to blame? What would have happend if it was the other way around? Rihanna hitting Chris? That happens in society alll the time, and do the women get penalized? Not as often as you think. Don’t let the media fool you, everyone has their weak moments in life. Don’t be so cruel people
