Despicable Me’s Gru and his Minions star in new COVID-19 PSA

Gru and his Minions are back to help everyone stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This adorable, minute-long PSA highlights the best behavior we should all be practicing right now, presented with plenty of laughs.

It’s voiced by Steve Carell and will be translated into multiple languages including Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic.

This is all part of a first-of-its kind partnership between the World Health Organization, the UN Foundation, and Illumination for the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

“As the world continues to grapple with the challenges of COVID-19, one of our most powerful weapons is kindness,” said Elizabeth Cousens, president and CEO of the United Nations Foundation. “We are delighted that the Despicable Me characters are letting their love show and showing ways to keep themselves and their communities safe during this unprecedented time.” ~Brie Davis
