Although Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson got along extremely well on and off the set of their latest film, Fool’s Gold, she wasn’t shy about asking him to make a change to his deodorant-free policy. “She always brings a salt rock, which is some natural deodorant, and says, ‘Would you please put this on?’” McConaughey said in a quote on contactmusic.com. “I just never wore it. No cologne, no deodorant.” Other women have also noticed his “manstink,” but it seems they’ve learned to deal with it. “The women in my life, including my mother, have all said, ‘Hey, your natural smell smells, one, like a man and, two, smells like you.’” Very tactful, ladies.
Poor hygiene, pure and simple. Gross!
I agree with anonymous, there is nothing wrong with using natural products…there is nothing worse than being near someone who smells like BO….
Only a mother could love the stench coming from her son! If he doesn’t wear deodorant, the very least he could do is shave his pits; helps reduce the stink.
Wasn’t bad enough to keep her away from him apparently, at least long enough to get pregnant! lol

the man is OBSESSED with brushing his teeth! he said so on several talk shows. carries a toothbrush with him at all times! to bad the bacteria from not washing his armpits constantly (in lieu of wearing deodorant) is going to make him VERY sick and could possibly cause gum disease and poof there goes his pearly whites!
lets hope when the baby is born, she can handle the stench when daddy picks her up!
