Jack Nicholson flirts with Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence can’t catch a break. First, the Silver Linings Playbook star trips over her Dior Haute Couture dress on her way to receive her award for Best Actress and then her night concludes with an awkward run-in with Jack Nicholson. During an interview, the Anger Management actor, 75, stopped to praise the 22-year-old actress on her amazing work. “You did such a beautiful job (in the movie). I don’t mean to crash your interview,” he said grinning, adding that she resembled an old flame. Surprised, Jennifer asked, “Oh really? Do I look like a new girlfriend?” Known for his quick wit, Jack replied, “I thought about it,” before strutting away. The young actress laughed, buried her head in her hands and asked if he was still there. As if on cue Jack popped his head out of the crowd and replied, “I’ll be waiting.” If the exchange wasn’t awkward enough, the cameras caught the entire thing and aired the interview during Monday’s showing of Good Morning America. Luckily the leading lady has a great sense of humor. ~Brittnee Fleming
