Jennifer Hudson on the Tonight Show in SeptemberJennifer Hudson is returning to work for the first time following the murders of her mother, brother and nephew in October. She’s filming the video for her new single “If This Isn’t Love” next week. The shoot had been scheduled earlier, but was put on hold after the tragedy. Hudson’s brother-in-law, William Balfour, was arrested earlier this month and charged with the murders. During a court appearance on December 3rd, details emerged, including the fact that he warned his estranged wife, Julia (Jennifer’s sister) that he would hurt her family if she continued dating another man. On the day of the killings, he saw a birthday gift from the man and again warned her. Balfour has been denied bail.

Hmmm…that’s funny. He warned Jennifer’s sister, Julia (his estranged wife) that he “would hurt her family if she continued dating another man”….I seem to recall him trying to use HIS GIRLFRIEND as an alibi in these murders! What a freaking whacko! What the hell is this world coming to? The laws really need a good overhauling! People can talk about restraining orders all they want. What the heck does a piece of paper do? And most of the time, the police say they can’t do anything because the restraining order was issued, for instance, in Family Court..which has nothing to do with the police.
