Jennifer Lopez’s boytoy sentenced to probation

Jennifer Lopez‘s dancer boyfriend Casper Smart, 24, has been sentenced to one year of probation. He did not appear in court himself (he was in Miami with Lopez at the time), but let his attorney handle the proceedings. Smart was arrested for drag racing last April and pleaded no contest. “His attorney came in and advanced the case this morning,” Los Angeles Attorney’s Office spokesperson Frank Mateljan told Us Weekly on Tuesday. “He entered a no contest plea and was sentenced to 12 months summary probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine.” Smart has also been cited three times for driving without a license — and despite that, Lopez, 42, regularly hands him the keys to her Bentley and allows him to chauffer her twins, three-year-old Max and Emme, which has her estranged husband, Marc Anthony, considering seeking primary custody. “[Casper] loves thrill-seeking,” a friend of the dancer told Us Weekly adding, “He drives like a maniac.”

Just because she’s using him for sex doesn’t mean she needs to have him around her kids. I’m sure she has a Nanny, let the Nanny take them places and distance them from the boy toys (as I’m sure there will be another soon enough). – and to think I actually like JLo, but I’ll pick the kids’ well being over anybody. Must be the mother in me.
Ms. Lopez needs to pay more attention to her children. I don’t know why people have children if they have no intention of protecting, teaching, loving and giving them the attention they need. They are innocent.
Jennifer as a grandmother I would advise Marc to go ahead and get custody of the twins as you don’t seem to give a dam about them. You seem to care more about the other little boy you are looking after(casper smart) or shall we say casper DUMB.
She should grow up and keep her focus on own kids. He is too young for her and is just using her for her fame and money. It’s all about the lust for her.
Hand them over to daddy, mommy has lost her mind! A 24 year old guy is at about the mental level of an 18 year old.
At her age and past breakups and divorces, she should know better. Its clear that she doesn’t take relationships very seriously….just having fun. Hey I’m all for having fun but I wouldn’t involve my kids lives in it. I don’t blame Marc for wanting custody.
As far as her relationship with Casper “if ya got it go for it”!! She should be proud(as she’s gorgeous) that a 24 yr old finds her attractive enough to date her….even if she had no money she’s still hot as hell. Now as for the children…she’s out of her mind to let him drive them around considering his past conviction and love of thrill seeking! The two are entirly separate issues! She should make sure those 2 kids are well protected!

I agree with everyone’s comments, she is very beautiful and should be with someone of her stature (and age) he’s a stupid kid using her for publicity, she needs to grow up, Jennifer, do you love your mother? What do you think a nice Latina monther would think? You’re wasting precious years of your own and of your children, they are beautiful and they should be your priority. I think Mark should apply for custody, the way you are acting is no way a mother of young children to act. Believe this Jennifer, some day you will regret this!!
Although I agree that she should separate the boyfriend and the kids for at least now, if J-lo was a guy, you wouldn’t hear a word about HIM dating a 24 year old. He would be praised for it, regardless of the fact that he could be that girl’s father. Think about that when you’re saying she’s too old for him.

It amazes me what people find beautiful. Beauty is only skin deep, and quite frankly, I find nothing beautiful about Jennifer Lopez…inside or out. She is one messed up woman who needs to really do some deep soul searching as to why she goes from man to man. She meets them, dates them for a few months, marries them, then gets divorced. That’s 0 for 3 and the’s not even 45 yet. I guess she’s working on beating Elizabeth Taylor’s record.
One would think that since she broke up Marc’s first marriage to the gorgeous Dayanara Torres, who at the time had a 3 year old and a baby less than a year old for Marc, when he left her for Jennifer. You would think that Jennifer would seek counselling and do whatever she could to repair her marriage, but we all know that this would be way too much work for her. Dating a boy-toy is much easier. Karma truly is a be-otch!
There isn’t enough money one can make or enough celebrity one can have if you don’t have inner peace. Might I suggest that she see a good priest/pastor or a good psychiatrist, as this should be her first order of business.
Good luck Marc in seeking sole custody, and I hope you get it. You should have never left Dayanara. I’m sure that Ben Afflect must be counting his lucky stars that he didn’t marry her but instead found happiness with Jennifer Garner. Peace!
I find her ability to be a parent sad. Although she’s a beautiful, talented and popular entertainer, as a person and mother she places her kids second.
Considering her heavy work schedule with her music production, her American Idol show, which probably consumes most of her time, and her other appearances and obligations, her kids barely see their mother and are raised by a hired nanny with whom they have a closer relationship with. And when they do spend time with their mother, they are taught the lack of value in relationships and marriage through the multiple partners that show up in their parents lives.
And now, these kids safety is also neglected as their mother allows her kids to be driven by a criminal drag racer just because she wants to please her new boyfriend. Why do these people have children in the first place.

J-Lo honey, take m advice. DONT LET HIM DRIVE YOUR KIDS! Or better yet, dump him! He is almost 20 years younger, is a driving maniac, and is putting your kids in danger. If you really care about Max and Emme, then leave him. If not, then say bye o your kids cause Marc will have enough evidence to take them away.

She’s proving to be a bad mother. I don’t care who you are, your kids should always be your top priority. If she does let an unlicensed driver chauffer her kids around she should not retain custody. Harsh but right.
