Thanks to The Situation, a man who uses a cane to get around couldn’t get in the handicapped parking zone at a New Jersey bank. The Jersey Shore star, also known as Mike Sorrentino, parked his Ferrari so crookedly that it was obstructing access to the handicapped parking spot. The man had to park his car, complete with a handicapped parking sticker, farther away and slowly hobble around Sorrentino’s expensive sports car in order to get to the bank. TMZ obtained a video of “the situation” as it occurred — check it out below:

Snooki has 20 pounds of her pregnancy weight left to lose. The reality TV star gave birth to son Lorenzo two months ago and while she loves being a mother, she is unhappy with the weight she gained while expecting and the stretch marks she now has on h…
Where I live, “the situation”, would get a fine and his car would be towed.
Not that I condone the illegal use of handicap parking or partial blocking in this case, but it looks like a set up to me. Beside the handicap space there is an area approximately 4 feet wide and the length of the stall. It has white lines painted throughout the area and is not meant for parking, instead it is a walkway and buffer zone for wheel chair ramps, lifts and extra wide handicap vehicles to use. In this case the person with the cane could have still parked in the space by using part of the buffer zone area. I highly doubt they would have received a ticket for this given the fact they had a legal right to use it. If it had been myself I would have backed in my F350 close enough to block the Ferrari in and still had room to exit from the drivers side. Then I would have gone for a nice long walk after doing my banking!
Carlos, you are hilarious!
Carlos, Your right on the money here!! Good Good solution. In this case it doesn’t surprise me at all. Some people are just plain rude with no regard for anyone else but themselves. Shame on Jersey Shore Boy, Ticket in order.
This article is crap. He wasn’t parking in a handicapped space, merely parked crooked. I’ve seen people park right over the marked line with both tires so that you couldn’t even get into the spot beside them…..and not even handicapped spots. People with such expensive cars often park crooked so that others can’t bang their doors up against the side of it when they exit their cars, as so many people LOVE to put dents in cars more expensive than their own. IMHO this wasn’t an intended misdemeanor, just a lack of calibrated judgement in parking. He only has a very small portion of his bumper over the white line. The crap that celebrities have to put up with anytime they go somewhere!!!. This is a pathetic example.
And….how did they just “happen” to have a video rolling at the time???? Think about it. This old bugger needs something better to do with his time.
If you can afford a Ferrari, you can afford to have some parking lot dents fixed. If he wants his precious car to be ‘safe’, then park somewhere where there are no other cars and walk.
The guy is a grade ‘A’ GOOF…and a lazy one at that! I drive a Mercedes SLK and park as far away from where I am going as humanly possible to avoid dings&dents…I f I had have been there with my Blazer I would have blocked him in until the traffic warden had arrived to ticket/tow his car…F him & the car he arrived in…
Both are a little selfish. Just because you have a cane doesn’t mean you can’t walk.It doesn’t sound like he had to walk that far. People think these handicap spots are the end all and sadly most are using a sticker that belongs to a elderly parent or relative and don’t even need one. They are given out so casually its becoming a joke. I asked a attendant once if they ever check to see who owns the sticker and he said “I don’t really care if they are healthy or not , if they have a sticker they can use the spot”.
Believe it or not a friend of mine in a rush to get to the PICU at the local children’s hospital, because her niece was dying from cancer. Pulls in, in a rush to get everything together forgot to put her handicap sign up and so she got a $140 ticket. That has since resolved itself we hope (she had to do an appeal)to get the ticket thrown out. They dont tow your vehicle right away, they just keep giving you more tickets and if it’s still sitting there, then they tow it.
As for this person parking the way he did, I would of smeared vaseline all over his window, because as I am told, it is a bitch to get off. LOL
OMG… get a life!! It’s not like he robbed the friggin bank…. I’m sure everyone has parked crooked before…. I think you guys are just jealous he has a ferrari and tons of $$$ and NO talent!
The fact is that “The Situation” did not shown any consideration for those people who need to utilize this type of parking spaces. What’s the point of being an a$$ just because you drive an expensive car. Next time please consider your actions, someday he may need to use this type of parking then he will go nuts if someone did it to him. Anyways peace and love y’all.
What a total a-hole!
@Shirley: try to remember this comment when you’re old and your body doesn’t work properly and every fall results in the need for hip replacement, etc. Nevermind that this old man may have had to walk 5 steps more, the fact is, those handicapped spaces are there for the convenience of people who need it. What if he took a fall going those extra steps? There’s also a reason for their spaces being so wide. Imagine if the old man accidentally dinged The Moron’s car? Thin twice before you say such stupid things.
I don’t think it was an accident ‘the Sitch’ parked slanted. Obviously he did it so people wouldn’t park next to it and scratch it. But to do that next to a handicapp spot is rude. Ticket worthy??? I’m not sure especially since it wasn’t much overlap. If in fact it was preventing say, one of those big vans and someone or a group of handicapped people from getting a parking spot then ya, ticket him. Just cause it was a guy in a cane, doesn’t mean that it couldn’t have been another type of wheelchaired person wanting a spot and enough room to get out of their vehicle.
The situation is an idiot even if he didn’t partially park in a handicap stall. Wish I had his money for acting like a totally doe head, with no morals or values. That car alone would help support my children.
I am pleased to find out this site. A pair of massive thumbs upward, man!
This actually is nice issue about it,you need to share with all of us the screen pictures.

Pretty good post. I lately stumbled upon the web site and wanted to state that I’ve genuinely enjoyed looking your weblog post blogposts.
I am a handicapped veteran. I use a cane too. I have been cursed at and threatened by people who parked in H/C parking spaces AND REFUSED TO MOVE THEIR CARS. We do need the ENTIRE space to open the car doors up completely to swing legs out of cars. I have called the police but it isn’t a priority incident for them. The police need to do their jobs enforcing H/C parking violations. People should put themselves in my place & be more compassionate.
Cheers a lot for good details, excellent review, I’ll evaluation your net web site subsequent time.
