Johnny Depp: Donald Trump will be ‘last’ President if elected

By Tribute on May 13, 2016 | 6 Comments

johnny-deppJohnny Depp portrayed Presidential hopeful Donald Trump superbly in a Funny or Die spoof released in February, but the possibility of the Republican winning the election is no joke to the actor.

During an interview with Channel 5 News in London, Johnny said, “If Trump is elected President of the United States, in a historical way it’s exciting because we will see the actual last President of the United States. It just won’t work after that.”

In a March 2015 interview, Johnny discussed his role in the Funny or Die parody film called Donald Trump’s Art of the Deal: The Movie, which has just been submitted for Emmy consideration. He was candid about his views on the real estate mogul and said, “There’s something created about him in the sense of bullydom. But what he is, I believe, is a brat.”

The 52-year-old star joins the ranks of several celebrities who have vocalized their opposition to Trump. The list includes Kerry Washington, Lena Dunham, Jane Fonda, Dylan McDermott and Trump’s long-time nemesis, Rosie O’Donnell.

Johnny is making news today as well for a very different, and entirely fantastic, reason.

In an effort to promote the upcoming Disney film Alice Through the Looking Glass, which features Johnny as the delightful Mad Hatter, he pleasantly surprised visitors to California’s Disneyland theme park.

Dressed in full Mad Hatter attire, from costume to brilliant makeup, he engaged with eager passersby through an interactive billboard equipped with a hidden camera.

As the quirky character, he waved, winked, and chatted up those brave enough to approach the billboard.

At one point, he asks to fit a young girl for a hat, telling her that she has a “wonderful cranium.” At another moment, he sneezes and a flurry of bubbles fittingly descends over the crowd.

Alice Through the Looking Glass, which is Tim Burton‘s sequel to 2010’s Alice in Wonderland, costars Mia Wasikowska and Helena Bonham Carter. It hits theaters on May 27.

What to hell is the matter with people. Trump doesn’t even come close to the caliber of evil and anti-american as Hillary Clinton. Trump may no doubt “Be out there,” but at least he has somewhat of a heart for people. If there are any dumber people than what come out of Hollywood i’ve yet to meet them. Common sense and good judgement have left both America and Canada!

He’s a bully AND a brat. He’s a nasty, self centred person who only has bad things to say about other people, while he thinks he’s the greatest thing to ever happen to America. He’s deceitful and dishonest, please look up all the bad things he has done before defending him.

He’ll be one thing new to the table and that is as the dumbest president of the USA.

He is someone who actually speaks his mind, something the people are not used to.
Also he is far from dumb as much as some may wish or want it to be true. Despite being Republican he is still better choice than Hilary. If Bernie S. Had a shot he would be better choice.

Johnny Depp’s comment goes like this “I don’t believe in that stuff”.

What Johnny believes in is being consistently abusive to his wife, giving her black eyes . When are you all going to realize than many of those actors you hail as heroes, all because of movies are actual nut cases looking for attention.

Trump IS the better choice. Speaking of abuse, Hiliary has apparently dished out a lot of it to her husband’s mistresses. In your view you need to let Bill back into the White House. Is your memory so bad you forgot about his impeachment ?? Maybe we should encourage Monica to run–at least she was honest and she suffered tremendously for that. Seems like no one likes an honest person in America.

Go Johnny!! You’re a movie star so you’re allowed to beat the crap out of your wife ?? and who really cares about your drugged up opinion of someone who is a darn sight better than you ?

Sorry Lorra, Johnny Depp has never been abusive to anyone. His latest “wife” aka cash grabbing lesbian-pretending-to-be-straight so she can get more fame, which equals bigger parts in bigger films and Depp’s money, claims he once threw a phone at her. Whether or not that’s true remains to be seen. His ex-wife claims he would never do anything like that; so does his daughter. If he was never abusive to them, but only this gold digger, it’s unlikely the allegations are true. One bruise (probably self-inflicted) does not an abuser make. Even if he threw a phone in anger because she was being a bitch while his mother was on her death bed, instead of being supportive and sweet, and it accidentally hit her, it still doesn’t mean she needs a bloody restraining order. No one but a moron would believe Amber Heard and I hope she gets blacklisted from the film industry. He’s the victim, not her.
