Justin Bieber: The kid is not my son!

Justin Bieber, 17, denies being the father of a California woman’s three-month-old baby.

His publicist released a statement yesterday that read: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Mariah Yeater, 20, claims Justin propositioned her on October 25 last year, which led to them having unprotected sex in a backstage area at L.A.’s Staple’s Center, following one of his concerts. She was 19 at the time and Justin would have been 16.

Yeater has filed a hand-signed affidavit in a California Court, claiming Justin is her son Tristan’s dad, and has demanded a paternity test, followed by “reasonable child support, effective immediately.”

A court hearing has been scheduled for December.

   The funniest thing is she waited 3 months after the baby was born if it was true but he dating Selena for quite some time now. The should put this on Maury so when they say he is not the father she would be running off the stage crying.

   Another person trying to get her 15 mins of fame. I guess I should try it on a female celebrity and see if it works lol.

   This woman sounds like a nutcase. At any rate, it’s good that there’s DNA to stop crazies from claiming ridiculous things. She didn’t put a father on the birth certificate, so sometime in between giving birth and now, she came up with this story.

   I agree she sounds like a gold-digging fame seeker. But if she demanding a DNA test she must believe that there’s a possibility that he’s the father.

   It’s proabbly true! He probably had premature evacuation given that he was 16 at the time. Maybe it’s a winning formula for success since his mom was very young when she had him, wasn’t she?

   There was a similar situation with Keanu Reeves. This canadian woman had claimed that Keanu was the father or her child and demanded a DNA test. Well, they went to court and Keanu turned out not to be the father after all. Just because they ask for DNA test doesn’t make it true. Some of these nutcases really believe what they are saying. They are obviously crazy.
   This girl is probably crazy and really believes Justin Beiber is the father but that doesn’t make it true. Mental illness everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

   since he was 16 at the time, that constitutes statutory rape, which i believe is an automatic jail sentence. somebody didn’t think this thru very well lol

    I wonder if she will go to jail. She should if she is trying to claim that for money to steal all of his money for herself she is probably doing that for fame and fortune I hate people who do that. I mean why do they do that? I believe Justin so Much and I am so mad at that lady!

    If he doesn’t have several children out of wedlock, I’d be surprised, with all the manwhoring he’s done. He cheated on Selena hundreds of times with prostitutes, fans, and other whores.
